DESCRIPTION:As part of our Visual Art program Cycle 4A students will be visiting the Julius von Bismarck exhibition at the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art\, Southbank on Tuesday 19th May.\nThis exhibition compliments both the Visual Art and Humanities program this term\, as the artist explores our relationship with nature and the impact of natural disasters on humans.\nWhilst attending the gallery students will engage in the TALK THINK MAKE program. Using contemporary art as stimulus\, students will learn and apply critical and creative thinking skills to make connections between the art and ideas presented in exhibitions\, before making their own artworks.\nPlease note that students MUST have a packed lunch to eat in transit on the day of the excursion and that we will depart at 12pm to catch a tram to the gallery. All students will travel back to school via tram for dismissal at 3:30pm
