Caulfield Campus SSGs

Dear Parents/Carers,
You are invited to make an appointment to participate in Student Support Group (SSG) Meeting for your child. An SSG meeting is a partnership with the school, parents/carers, and/or external allied health professionals. The purpose of the SSG is to identify your students’ strengths and areas for further growth and development. This meeting will be an opportunity for a collaborative approach to gather and review information to determine any adjustments to be made to the curriculum, and the environment and teaching and learning approaches.
As a team we will meet in Term 1 and Term 3 to develop goals and strategies as part of an Individual Learning Plan and will review and evaluate the students’ progress at the end of Semester 1 and Semester 2. Most importantly we will acknowledge and celebrate the achievement of student progress that your child has made throughout each Semester. Please choose a time from the options that are available and indicate whether you would like face to face (on campus) or via Zoom (online). Please NOTIFY your child’s teacher if you will be meeting online. We look forward to meeting with you soon.
Please book the SSG through the Parent Portal (Parent Teacher Interview PTI). The portal should be open on Tuesday 11 February.
