C3, C4, C5 La Crosse Incursion

Over the next three weeks, students will participate in a Sof-Crosse unit—a modified, non-contact version of lacrosse designed for safety and fun. Using lightweight sticks and soft balls, they’ll learn the fundamentals of scooping, passing, catching, and cradling, while building teamwork and movement skills. Activities will include drills and small-sided games played on a reduced-size pitch with smaller goals and no goalkeepers, ensuring the focus remains on skill development and fast-paced, enjoyable play.
